To do this accurately, we’ll need a photo of the front and back of your insurance card, along with the date of birth and SSN of the policyholder. Most insurance claims are submitted electronically, and response times can vary. Depending on your insurance provider, it may take anywhere from 3 business days to up to 6 weeks to receive a determination.
