We’re proud to be an in-network provider with Delta Dental, and we also work with many other major insurance plans. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we’re happy to verify your benefits and explain what’s covered.
We are not in-network with Medicaid plans such as Buckeye Health, Molina, or Paramount, and we accept certain Medicare Advantage plans — though out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your plan. If you have questions, our team is here to help you understand your options and make confident decisions about your care.

Many dental insurance plans — even in-network ones — include copays for certain procedures. If you’d like to know your estimated cost before scheduling, we can request a pre-treatment estimate from your insurance provider.
To do this accurately, we’ll need a photo of the front and back of your insurance card, along with the date of birth and SSN of the policyholder. Our team is happy to walk you through this process and help you feel confident about your coverage before your visit.
